I have a ZTE N860 (not Warp N860) and recently when I turned on the phone, I started browsing and found out I had no WiFi. I went into settings to turn it on or something. I turned it on. Still, the screen says, "Turning on WiFi..." I checked the status of the phone and it says for MAC Address, "Unavailable." I do not want to Factory Data reset it in any way or do any hardware changes. I've already rebooted it literally like 10 times, and I don't know what's going on. Please help!!!!
