why is it that i can't use mobile data on my phone?

when i turn on my mobile data.. i can't use it.. but i can connect to the net with wifi. and when i scanned my phone my mobile data is unidentified.. what do i do?

Have you entered the correct APN settings? If so, perhaps your SIM card is faulty, or possibly the SIM slot or tray. Your network provider will assist.
