Why don't I get a signal on my phone?

cant get any signal. the phone was matched to my zip code too

It gets a great signal in Pennsylvania where I was working, but I live in Virginia

Your service provider probably doesn't cover where you live in Virginia. Check with them to be sure. If not, you'll just have to switch to a provider that works for you.
