    Background-

    Rooted using HTCDev.
    TWRP was installed.
    Phone was rooted.
    Bootloader was unlocked.
    Phone was S-ON.

After numerous failed attempts, the phone still won't take the OTA.

    Now the phone is
    S-ON
    Rooted.
    Stock recovery.
    Relocked bootloader.

All I want is to take the OTA or flash a stock Lollipop ROM. How can I do this?

Flash the stock 4.4.4 ROM (after backing everything up). Update. Reinstall everything.
