    I cant seem to sync my jawbone to the UP app since the last updated done on my Galaxy S5.

    Check with UP. If they have no idea, try your carrier. There's some incompatibility between the Jawbone and the update. (We can't even begin to make guesses on the forum - this is the kind of problem that has to be diagnosed with both devices - and probably a few mode tools, software and hardware - in hand.)
