My Galaxy S4 has 4G LTE. Which I pay for unlimited. When I make or recieve calls my signal goes from 4G LTE to 4G. Then back to 4G LTE after the call. And all the time the signal fluctuates between 4G LTE and 4G. Could I be in need of a new sim card. I am positive this is the problem but I needed to ask to make sure.

Welcome to Android Central! Do you know how strong the cell signal in your area is in general? Do other people who use the same carrier also note this in the same area?

I think this is normal and has something to do with VoLTE (voice over LTE)? I think it let's you access data at the same time that you're on a voice call.
