I have a Samsung Galaxy s4. My volume down key is pushed in when I dropped my phone and I am not able to put it back to its normal location. Thus, everytime I try to turn on my phone, it automatically goes to safe mode.
Is there any way I can get out of safe mode without turning my phone off??

Welcome to Android Central! No. You have to power off and then power back on in order to reboot normally. Since a damaged power button can be a big problem down the line (like if you run out of batteries and can't power back on, even after recharging), you should just get it fixed.
