I dropped my Samsung Galaxy S3 and the screen now stays black.

The charging, back, and info buttons still light up, and i can still hear sound, but the touch screen wont allow me to enter my pin or pick up calls, what could the problem be and is there any way I can fix it?

The problem could be that the screen is damaged and what you could do to fix it is probably not very much unless you're a qualified repairer.
