Believe ive been hacked so trying to determine what apps should be there and which ones shouldnt

If your phone was really hacked is going to be very difficult to confirm that just checking the "all" tab. Most spy apps hide deep in your phone and even with the help of an expert sometimes it's impossible.

Best thing, as B. Diddy said, tell us the symptoms and we'll try to find the best way to fix it.
