    Details of device:
    HTC One M7
    Unlocked Bootloader
    S-ON
    HBOOT 1.55

I had originally tried flashing TWRP but failed a few weeks ago and gave up on rooting. Today, I finally got the OTA for Lollipop on my phone and when I tried to update, I ran into many problems. I ended up finding what I think is a stock recovery image and I flashed it.

Now, when I do the update, I get the red exclamation point (on a picture of a phone) and my phone eventually just reboots.

What is going on, and how I can I get the update to work?

    Thanks!

Find your stock OS. Reflash the entire phone to stock (including relocking the boot loader) then install the update
