    i have a htc one m7 that used to be on a AT&T network its running on Metro PCS right now. I have android verison 4.1.2. How can I manually update it? I'm using a Mac.

    You'll need to download and install HTC Sync Manager onto your computer to update manually. Take a look at this page for more information: rom-downloads - Support | HTC United States

    Also, I'm not sure if you needed to install anything special to use the device on MetroPCS. But if you had to flash or modify anything then the update could create issues with service. Otherwise, if nothing was done to the device then don't worry about having issues.
