Why do I have a bunch of white and black lines across my screen? Is my screen goiung out?

My screen has weird colors and it look like an old monitor. then weird white and black lines show up! I haven't even had it for a year, wtf? I have a nextbook windows 8 tablet

NextBook is not known for high quality devices, so it is frankly not surprising that you're having issues.
