Camera app with Manual controls

Hi there.

I currently have a Galaxy S5 updated with Lollipop. I still find the camera in there loads slower and the camera bootup speed did;t changed at all. I also find the camera a hit & miss i.e. when against a low light source (say a cloudy day with a subject in the foreground) the photo will look like a shadow.

I need advice on a good Android camera app that is equal in speed (bootup and shutter) with an iPhone and has manual controls like a bridge camera.

Any advice please?

Not manual controls, but lockable exposure - Open Camera. Set it on your subject, lock it, back away and shoot. (Or, if you're going for a face, set the exposure on the back of your hand - about the same color and brightness as a cheek.)

Is the Open Camera app speedy and faster than the stock S6 one?
