Why won't my LG L34c boot?

lgl34c wont boot.

begins to start, but stops at flashing blue screen in endless loop. How do I fix this?

The phone is charged and the battery is good. Ive only had this phone for 6 weeks. the problem started when I kept getting an error message that google play store app was not working. I turned off my phone, and when it restarted the phone would not load data and went into endless loop of flashing blue screen. Ive tried removing the battery, and different combinations of button pressing, but nothing seems to work.

Welcome to Android Central! Considering how new the phone is, it's not worth spending the time to figure this out. I would bring the phone back to the store and ask for an exchange, or contact LG for warranty repair.

Hi i was wondering if you figured out how to turn your phone back on. Mine also after google play messed up, shut down my phone. please let me know or its trash.
