new update

Okay my galaxy S5 tells me I have a update avaliable but when I check for updates it says no updates found. I'm running 4.4.2 I know 4.4.4 is released and my phone hasn't updated since I got it. Can anyone help me!!! I have AT&T

Bring the phone into your AT&T store and ask where the nearest Device Support Center is. (It may eeven be in that store.) Bring it there and they can flash the update for you. (Be prepared to wait - they take you in the order you come in, and there may be other phones being flashed before yours.)
