I want to know what kind of htc i have for a phone case?

The front camera is on the left and it only has speakers on the top of the front and on the bottom a tiny whole (the mic) and on the back it has a speaker that resembles the one on the front and the camera is on the middle.
The volume buttons are located on the right side of the phone when the screen is faced up and they are towards the top of the phone and the power button is at the top on the left with the earphone jack on the right.

It is hard to tell what phone it is based on a general description.
Take a look at the receipt. If you lost that then I would recommend that you bring it into the place of purchase. They can sell you a case or provide you with the model.
