    You can also get Android-x86, which will let you burn a disk and boot your PC into Android (or dual-boot it to Windows or Android, the way you can dual-boot Windows and Linux).

    If you have got the new Android apps, either get the latest Android or sync the app between the Windows 8.1 device or Android, the following Android programs may aid you:
    YouWave or VirtualBox, Blustacks and Official Android Emulator
