    Hello. Welcome to Android Central.

    No. It's not possible, sorry. Same principle as jumping off a cliff.

    What were you trying to recover. Some Samsung items take a while to sync back from your Samsung account, if you set the same account up again straight after the reset, it's the first thing the device asks before installing your Google account.

    Have a look at both Accounts - Samsung and Google with Sync on, and see if all you want to sync back is checked.

    Photos may be viewable in your Gmail account if you synced to Picasa / Photos, or available from Drive if you use a Google+ profile to back up photos there.
