Why do I get high cache on apps I don't even use?

why do I get high cache on apps I don't even use? and have to clear them daily

What is causing my apps to get high cache. Everyday on apps I don't even use ? How can I stop this from happening?

It depends on what the apps are, and how much the cached data amounts to. Some, you may be able to disable. Please give more details before we make any firm recommendation.
