Anyone having problems with email syncing?

Hello. I have a new Turbo and use it in conjunction with my company's Exchange Server. Everything syncs up except for Deleted Items. If I delete something from my PC, the phone syncs up correctly and that email is removed. If I delete something from the Turbo, it removes the email from the phone but not the PC. I still have my old Droid 4, and the email deletion syncs up as it should both ways. This leads me to believe that it's a Turbo related issue and not the PC or Server. Any feedback would be great.
