Can't hear or talk while in a phone call. Why?

Whenever I call someone or someone calls me I can pick up and call. But when im in the call I can't hear anything. My S4 is on the latest version of 4.4.4 and it just recently started to happen around 3 days ago. And today is March 5th. I have tried everything from factory reset to SD card, And turning off GOOGLE NOW. But nothing seems to work. Any help would be great.

Welcome to Android Central! Talk to your carrier first. Call issues are usually a network problem, not a device problem. You might need a replacement SIM card.
