Does HTC One M8 have a mechanical shock indicator?

AC Question

I recently noticed the vibrator isn't working on my M8, and I want to send it to the service based on my still available warranty. Now I know they will cancel the warranty if they identify the phone suffered mechanical shocks, i.e. dropped. (and I heard they usually just tell people that to cash in, bastards!). I haven't "seriously" dropped my phone since I have it, just a couple of times on smooth surfaces from small distances, and I also have a case on it, but I usually carry it around when I go snowboarding or biking and things can get shaky sometimes. How can the service guys identify if the phone was "mistreated", does it have a mechanical shock indicator?
