why cant straight talk find my meid or imei

i have placed all info the straight talk has asked me and it cant find my phone i have a sim card and a slot idk how proceed when it wont let me get past the first step. i have a galaxy S4 from sprint i have been trying all codes possible to switch providers

If it's a Sprint phone, you can probably only use it with a Straight Talk Sprint account. (Or are you asking how to find the IMEI? If so, dial *#06# on the phone.)
