I used a b port charger instead of 5.v. ): now my proecan plt7223g tablet won't turn on

Welcome to Android Central! What's a b port charger? Do you mean you plugged into a USB port to charge? That wouldn't fry the tablet. If anything, it might not have given enough current to charge it adequately, so maybe the battery died. Try plugging it into a wall outlet and let it sit undisturbed for at least 6-8 hrs before trying to power on again.
