My phone isn't booting?

So...at first it was working fine. Then I kept getting these pop ups saying that "Unfortunately, ___________ stopped working." and I don't know why. So I reset my phone and now it won't boot. It's stuck on the T-Mobile logo screen. I took the SIM card out and it worked once but not anymore. Put the SIM card back in, it worked again because I did a factory reset and all the apps were unusable because it crashed as soon as I opened it. I reset it again and now it's still stuck. I tried wiping everything out, taking the battery out, everything I could do and my phone is useless. I have an Alcatel One Touch Evolve, if that helps.

Did it recently receive an update? If so, bring it in to TMO and ask them to please fix their update.
