AC Question

ok. so a dropped my phone (samsung galaxy s4) while i was playing music. i dropped it on cement. when it droppped it the music was still playing, so i thought it wasnt broken. when i picked my phone up, i saw that the screen was black. all i thought was that my phone screen had turned off, like usual. but when i pressed the home button. nothing happened! i restarted my phone, still black screen! when i press my screen and like try to do my passcode, it vibrates like it would as if i were pressing the number! the touch-pad is responsive but the screen isnt! do i have to get it repaired or is there another way?? please help!!

I believe if it is still responsive then it's just the screen that's broken & all that needs replaced. If it becomes unresponsive then the digitizer is also broken.
