Best bet would be to contact the vendor you bought it from and see if they have an in-store warranty or such like. The problem with Irulu, that I've found, is that they seem to be a jobber, not a manufacturer - IOW, the 'job' out a production run of so many units and take the lowest bidder to fill the order. Any way, the Dealer I buy from has a fairly liberal 1 year return policy so all the probs I've run into have been taken care of except the latest one which deals with a 10" tablet that I messed up trying to root...
