Can I force my S4 to connect to home carrier (when available) and not roam in fringe areas?

I have a US Cellular S4 (SCH-R970 running 4.4.2). USCC has a roaming data restriction (10% of your total data plan then speed is throttled) and I work 2 miles out of my home area. I know for a fact that I have home network service at work, but there are stronger roaming towers nearby, so it chooses to connect to them. Is there a way to force it to connect to the home network (using an app, root, settings, etc...)? I've tried all the settings that make sense and Googled this to death but have come up empty handed. Thanks in advance.
