Why have I not yet received the 5.0.2 update for my Z3?

[AC Question]

I own a Z3 D6603 and I haven't received the lollipop update. I even tried updating the phone through PC Companion and no luck.
Might it be because of my region? I live in the caribbean btw.

You need to use the flashtool,as of now only north Europe has ota. I'm in Canada and I flashed the Baltic firmware. Locked bootloader is fine btw.
