I was wondering if any users have personal experiences with PNY or OV brand 128gb micro sd card. I had a SanDisk 64gb card that went bad on me before I got my Lg G3. So now I'm thinking of going with a 128gb card. Just wanted to see if there were people out there that use any of the 2 brands mentioned above.

I have not used OV. However, I have used PNY and have not had any issues with any of their memory products. Let us know which one you decide on using.

Go to SanDisk microSD Tech Support if you still have that 64GB card and open a live chat. They'll replace it. (it could have been a counterfeit card. I've used SanDisk cards since they came out and the only one that ever went bad in any way was one I broke the housing on.)

SanDisk and Samsung make the chips, everyone else buys from them. Are they buying top-quality chips, or do the manufacturers keep those for their own cards? I;m not making any accusations, I just don't know. I do know that I don't buy anything but SanDisk. (I've had to contact them a few times for things not having to do with a bad card - I like dealing with companies that really care if the customer is satisfied, and if they don't they sure do a great job of faking it.)
