    Since I got my phone back I am unable to use it. My uncle that pays it keeps calling the provider, and when he calls it works for a while and gets back to being unusable. He was asked questions and was then told it won't be blocked anymore.
    It definitely kept being unusable. They said he would have to wait three weeks until it gets unblocked.
    I'm worrying if it won't get unblocked, and all that waiting could have be a waste.

    If the carrier has a store, have him bring the phone into the store, making sure he has a photo ID (like a driver's license), and ask them to unblock it. They can talk to people non-employees can't get to.
