Google Play store wont accept redeem code; just get error.
I bought a $15 google play store card, and I am trying to add it to my account so I can download some apps, it wont actually let me redeem the code. I go to where it says redeem, put in the code, then it askes me to update some personal info (name, address etc) and when I hit done it says there is an error. I have tried multiple times to upload this code and it will not work. I get the same message every time asking me to try again there was an error. It says the code is good but wont let me get past the update billing info stage. How do I fix this? I cannot return the card to the store as the code has been scratched.
