How can I get out of a boot-loop?

Im stuck in a boot loop- help!!!!

so i installed cwm and cyanogenmod on my phone. lately it just restarted on its own and now its in a bootloop.. what happens exactly? well it would start up and show the samsung logo for about 3 seconds, then show the cyanogenmod for about 3-5, then it would black out, vibrate, and repeat.. can anybody help me get out of this loop without having to wipe my data??

You'll probably have to go in custom recovery and wipe data.
