how can i fix a software crash on jcb pro smart

I have a jcn pro smart and the google launcher has stopped working on the phone and it will oly stay on the start screen no home screen

Welcome to Android Central! What do you mean by the start screen? Is it the device manufacturer logo screen? Is it frozen there? If so, there might not be much you can do. Off-brand budget devices are much more likely to have hardware or firmware defects, and they also have little to no support from the manufacturer.

The phone has stopped on the JCB logo and will not open the home screen .The last message before the phone stopped working was the google launcher has failed.

Difficult situation. I'd suggest trying to boot into Recovery Mode, but since that phone is very uncommon, there aren't any articles or videos on the web that describe how to do that.
