Why is my S3 galaxy in downloainding do not turn of target mode?

[AC Question]

My S3 galaxy touch screen is not working and when I took off the battery for a couple of hours and insert it back. The phone displayed this on the black screen:

Factory Mode
Product name: GT-19300
Custom Binary DOWNLOAD: NO
CURRENTBINARY: SAMSUNG OFFICIAL
SYSTEM STATUS: OFFICIAL

Then android logo and below that

Downloading...
Do not turn off target!!

What can I do??

Hold the power button down until it restarts. If it goes back to that screen your system is missing and you'll have to reflash the phone. (We have a tutorial for that, it's not difficult, it doesn't cost anything - but all your data, including pictures, videos, songs, etc. is gone from the phone.)
