How can I stop using the RedEye Stay Awake app but set up my phone to act as if it is using the app?

My android phone does not wake from deep sleep. I use an app called RedEye Stay Awake to keep the CPU awake. The problem is the app is disabled randomly causing my phone to freeze and needing restart.
Can i change this setting permanently without an app using a script?
How do I get this done?

That's a good question, normally, people don't want their phones to stay awake.
