My phone thinks its in Colorado?

So my HTC M8 was working fine this morning, but about a half hour ago I checked and saw that it was showing me Mountain Standard Time...even though I'm living on the east coast. Then I see that my weather apps (both transparent weather and eye in the sky) are also saying I'm currently in Colorado. I turned my GPS on, but it doesn't help. If I go to date and time settings and then uncheck and recheck "automatic time zones" it corrects the time for a few minutes before being incorrect again.

I'm not sure whats happening or whats caused it...the only relevant thing I've done on my phone is that I got a new router at home and while setting it up I connected the phone to the wifi. But even after I go back to 4g and restart the phone its still not correct. Any idea whats happening?

Your phone wants to be in Colorado. I would take it's advice.
