Unless Samsung switched to exfat then the answer is no and I don't believe they which is why most users wanted microSD which would be formatted to exfat and support larger file You could always add an external card reader like this one Meenova.com, Welcome and add a 64GB (or potentially 128GB) card to it and have your files on the go.
After the new update to Marshmallow, exFat support seems to have been dropped. A USB stick previously working fine with an OTG adapter, suddenly no longer mounts and appears as 'damaged'.
