Google Plus "me" contact details not updating
About a month ago, my Google+ details from my phone's contact entry for me completely disappeared and were replaced by the local profile. On a hunch, today I went back and tried to restore them. I found contact sync in the Google+ app was off as was Google+ sync in the accounts settings. I turned both on, but the information displayed on my contact entry is old; none of the new information I recently added was there nor the updated picture. No amount of turning off the contact sync settings or reengaging sync has resolved the issue.
Not only that, but I'm unable to set the Google+ profile as the default for my person contact entry.
Any ideas?
