Means that the call was placed using HD Voice (in theory, improved sound). Not all calls can be placed that way, though, and the process is automatic (the user cannot choose HD or not, it just works or it doesn't).
For an HD call to be placed/received, both devices must support HD calling, the Carrier needs to support HD calling, and you have to be in an area with HD calling available. Depending on 'traffic' or 'cell load', you might also lose HD calling if the network is too saturated.
