HTC Desire 510 won't connect to wifi?

My HTC Desire 510 won't connect to my wifi, but it is only at home. At school it will connect fine, but when I get home it sits there "Obtaining IP." I have tried manually inputting the IP and it will connect but nothing will load, I've tried loading Snapchat, Google Chrome, and even the default Internet app. A notification pops up saying that my internet connection is unstable but then the notification dissappears but nothing loads still. What is the problem? Is it my phone or my wifi?

I have the same problem. It started yesterday and soon my mobile data will run out! Any solutions??
