Why isn't Google Play downloading any apps?

Hi. I'm Tabbing Dude and I'm new on Android Central...
I have a Samsung Tab and Android 4.0.4. I recently hard reseted my tab because I forgot the password. It works great. But when I try to download any apps from Google Play, it just keeps loading and saying Downloading... . I tried force stopping Google Play and clearing Google Play and Download Manager cache.
Can someone help me out?

If you factory reset your device, it sounds like something didn't clear completely or your Google Account is not setup correctly. Try hard resetting again and then set up your Google services and try using WiFi and one app at a time.
