how do I reset my settings so I will have an option to enable apn

I switched my lg optimus from metro pcs to Straight talk and my internet is not working so I was told to find out how to reset my settings so I can have the option to enable the apn that was given to me by sttaight talk.

You will need to go to settings, tethering and networks, tap access point names, and tap new apn.
