Why am I unable to reinstall my Whatsapp after a reset of my Gionee M2 device?

i am not able to reinstall my whatsapp after reset of my gionee M2 device

I am Having android vesrion 4.2.2. i have did the factory reset and after that once i am re-install the whatsapp ,it give display the an existing package by the same name with conflicting signature is already installed.

Welcome to Android Central! If you did a full factory reset, any prior package should be wiped. Does the phone have a microSD card? If so, make sure that card doesn't have any files on it either.
