screen disappears when calling or receive calls

Hi
Whenever I call or receive calls my phone screen turns black and if I touch also it does not respond during calls. This enables me to use the dial pad during calls even I can't cut the calls in between. Pls give me a solution

Do you have a screen protector? If so, I am guessing it might be covering up the proximity sensor, so it thinks your phone is pressed against your head the whole time (the screen turns off to avoid false touches)

If you don't have anything blocking the proximity sensor, use a sensor test app (like this one on Google Play) to see if your proximity sensor is faulty.

The sensor is on the top of the phone, I think it is directly to the left of the top front speaker.
