Why does my email app keep crashing and my battery life is reduced?

Email app crashing and battery life reduced

AT&T just up-dated my Galaxy s5 software to 4.4.4. Since that update, my email app (not gmail app) crashes often. Error message: unfortunately your email has stopped functioning. AND....my battery life is significantly less. Have others reported these issues?

It would seem that that updates are not going very well with a lot of phones. The easiest fix for a lot issues is to do a factory reset. Should fix you right up.

I've got the same problem, the e mail app keeps saying it's stopped working!

I've updated the software from Kies 3, did nothing and I've done a factory reset, still got the problem!!

Can anyone help please? Otherwise it has to go back to Samsung for repair and I need the phone.
