My phone keeps shutting off and will not start back up! Is there anything I can do to fix this?

You can being talking and it just shuts down. You can hit a button to light up the screen so you can look up something or make call or what ever and screen comes up to shut down now, Restart and so on don't have to do anything it will just shut off. Try to turn it on and it will start Samsung comes up then Galaxy lll shows up then shuts back off.

Have you tried putting a different battery in? Does it do the same thing when it is plugged in to the charger?

If that doesn't help, try booting into Safe Mode, which temporarily disables all 3rd party apps. How to boot the Galaxy S3 into Safe mode? | Support | SAMSUNG Levant

If the problem disappears in Safe Mode, then something you installed is causing the problem. You may have to uninstall apps one by one until the problem disappears. If the problem persists in Safe Mode, then it's more likely to be a hardware or firmware problem.
