    How do you know its not the problem of the head phone? I would suggest trying another pair of head phones to see if that fixes it. Also, you said you replaced the jack. Do you mean the jack on the phone? If so, then perhaps something is not connected properly?

    Please provide a little more information.

    Welcome to Android Central! Make sure the plug is all the way in--you should hear or feel a click.

    Did you do the jack replacement yourself? Do you have a lot of experience with phone repair?
