Will North America ever support Global LTE bands?

I just bought a unlocked LG G3 that is international version and I didn't take into account LTE bands. It seems that everyone BUT the US supports the Global LTE bands: 1, 3, 7, 28, 40. I really like the phone, the price I paid, and the fact that I could use it abroad with great coverage and would like to just keep the phone. Is there any chance that the Global LTE bands will be supported someday in the US?
