Yesterday I bought a brand new SGH-M919 samsung galaxy s4 and everything is great except.....the battery is draining rapidly. I'll lose 1% in 30 seconds - 1 minute. I've tried factory resetting my phone, putting it on power saving mode, turning of wifi, closing apps, everything. It is takes forever to charge it as well. Also, when I charge my phone while I use it, I lose charge instead of gain. Sometimes is says my phone is overheating and I think this may be a reason, but even when its not overheating this occurs. What are some reasons this may be happening and how do I stop this?

    The battery may be bad.
Also, the charger, USB lead or USB port may be bad.
Also, are you sure the phone itself is genuine?
